Hunting for geese is a lot of work. First, you have to get there. Some of the best goose hunting is in West Texas in peanut farming country (geese love the nuts). Then you get up at 4:30 for breakfast and the short drive to a field designated the night before. You spend an hour or so setting up various types of decoys, then you dig a hole to sit in. Then you wait for sunrise. When the sun comes up the birds start flying. The you pack it in and head back to the house and wait for the next day. Repeat and you are done.
